 3. Your accountant is like a guide. Sort of a partner. Your dialogue with this person needs to be open and direct as long as you know what to ask, what is required of his or her involvement. Do have some respect for the work! Often, when you get your financial report, you tend to leave it aside for a "future " analysis that never comes. Why? 2 reasons: you don't know how to read it and you are afraid to ask questions not sound stupid or totally scared to face the reality and having to deal with consequences.
